We work with schools right across the Coast for excursions, sports carnivals, camps, formal nights, music and drama tours, and inter-school events. Family-owned and based at Kunda Park, we've been running school transport across South-East Queensland for over 50 years.

Yes. All our drivers hold a current Working with Children Check (Queensland Blue Card) and Queensland Driver Authorisation, both of which are statutory requirements for paid passenger transport involving school students. We also carry Queensland Vehicle Operator Accreditation, and our drivers are trained in defensive driving and school-zone awareness.

From 7-seater Mercedes SUVs for small classes through to 57-60 seat coaches for whole year-level excursions. For larger cohorts we can coordinate multiple coaches travelling together as a convoy — common for camps, sports carnivals, and music tours where several classes travel together.

Yes. Multi-day school camps are a regular booking for us. Our larger coaches have ample luggage capacity for camp gear, with luggage trailers available for groups with extra equipment. We coordinate drop-off, mid-camp transfers if required, and pickup at the end of camp.

We recommend 2-4 weeks ahead for routine excursions, and 6+ weeks for term-end peak periods, end-of-year formals, multi-day camps, and major sporting carnivals. For schools with regular route or contract requirements, we're happy to discuss term-by-term arrangements well in advance.

Cancellations 14 or more days before the booking: full refund. 7-14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: handled case-by-case — we understand school programs change and we'll work with you wherever we can. Full terms are confirmed at the time of booking.

Yes. We run multi-day interstate school tours to Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sydney, and beyond. Long-haul tours include NHVR-compliant driver rotation and pre-planned overnight stops. Common destinations include Sydney Eisteddfod, school sports comps in NSW, and combined eastern-states music and sports tours.
